Terms & Conditions

•   The rate is exclusive of all taxes of government and revision of taxes as applicable.

•   Installation are to be paid within 15 days from the date of communication of the stage.

•   For delayed payment 24% interest as penalty on the defaulted instalment will be charged (per annum)).

•   Registration charges (including stamp duty) and other expenses shall be borne by purchaser.

•   Electric meter and water meter deposit shall be paid by the purchaser.

•   All expenses towards electric meter, transformer, water meter, society or any other •   Govt. body shall be borne by purchaser.

•   Deviations from the drawing shall not be entertained strictly.

•   Period of payment shall be essence of contract.

•   Any extra works if done shall be charged extra before execution,

•   Any dispute arising out of the transaction shall be referred to an arbitrators

•  All outstanding payment must be deposited to the builder before taking possession sale deed.

Note:

•   The Purchaser has to pay the following charges separately.

•   Registration charges and stamp duty as applicable on date. Electric network & Water network, concrete road (if constructed) & STP charges etc.

•   Elevation changes not allowed.

•   Dimension shown in drawing are approximate & subject to vary upto + or – 3%.

•  If Govt apply any charges for development , those shall bve borne by the purchaser.
